Here’s a fairly new winery located at the south end of Clear Lake that is focusing on Cabernet Sauvignon. This release shows blackberry, oak and cocoa powder on the nose with a touch of fall spice and light caramel note. The palate brings a very firm grip, with bright blackberry and black cherry fruit mixed with toasted oak, chocolate and light herb notes.
