Hawk and Horse Vineyards Wine Offerings

 

At Hawk and Horse Vineyards we are passionately dedicated to quality from the ground up. With soil and climate perfectly suited to growing Bordeaux varieties of world class distinction, we specialize in Cabernet Sauvignon. DEMETER Biodynamic and CCOF certified organic, our mountain vineyard estate is located in the prestigious Red Hills AVA.

We use old-world wine making practices to bring forth the truest expression of our exquisite terroir. French Oak Barrels are selected from top quality coopers to precisely compliment the style of each vintage. Wines are then carefully aged to perfection.
