With soil and climate perfectly suited to growing Bordeaux varieties of world class distinction, we specialize in Cabernet Sauvignon. DEMETER Biodynamic and CCOF certified organic, our hillside vineyard is located in the prestigious Red Hills AVA.

Our wine making practices aim to bring forth the truest expression of our exquisite terroir. French Oak Barrels are selected from top quality coopers to precisely compliment the style of each vintage. Wines are then carefully aged to perfection.

Opaque garnet violet color. Dense aromas of crushed berries, clay, chocolate covered orange peels, and sweet and peppery spices. Round and supple with a dry medium-full body. Finishes a long tangy berry and earth flavors and firm, chewy tannins. One for the cellar or now with a great steak.

This hand crafted, limited release wine is intricately balanced. A beautiful food wine with aromas of black cherries and roses, finely integrated tannins and forward fruit layered with notes of dark chocolate and spice. Only 200 Cases produced.

Brilliant, deep ruby-red in the glass with aromas of sweet leather and spice. Notes of caramel and black chocolate cherries, currents and plum. Smooth, sultry tannins and a luscious mouth-feel finish out the tasting experience. Intensely concentrated and perfect as an after dinner drink or sip with your favorite dark chocolate!

Marked by flavors of Black Cherries and Cassis, our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is a brilliant ruby red in the glass. Soft luscious tannins and just the right balance of acidity make this wine extremely food friendly and accessible. We produced only 42 cases of this extraordinary wine.
